Pia - Generated Diagrams Match Your Template's Shape Styling
Diagrams Pia generates from a template now pick up the shapes from your custom shape library, the same way QuickMap-generated diagrams do.

API - Get a Diagram as an Image
New REST API endpoints turn a web diagram into an image, so other systems can pull diagram images without opening the editor.

Diagramming - Combine Several Pools Into One
Select several pools in a web diagram, right-click, and choose Convert Selection to → New Pool. iGrafx wraps them in one new pool and turns each selected pool into a lane, keeping each pool's name, its own lanes, its shapes, and its styling. It's a quick path from separate participant pools to a single cross-functional diagram.
Templates - Custom Shape libraries apply to QuickMap and BPMN import
When you create a diagram from a template with QuickMap or via BPMN import, the shapes now follow the template's custom shape library - so a generated diagram looks like your standard shapes instead of the default theme. The import option is also available through the REST API.
📊 Reporting Improvements
COUNT Function for IQL
Reports gain a COUNT function for the iGrafx Query Language (IQL): wrap a relationship or list property in count(...) to report how many values it holds, show that number as a column, or filter on it — for example count(responsible) > 3.

Choose a Report Download Format
When you download a report, you now choose a format: Process Design view, which matches the on-screen report with clickable object names, or Plain data view, a basic dataset that adds fields such as object ID and type. You can save that choice so future downloads skip the dialog.
Narrative Reports - Hide Empty Sub-sections
Narrative sections that list fields can now leave out the empty ones. Turn on Hide empty sub-sections so a narrative shows only the fields that have a value.

🔎 Search - Dashboard Content Included
The search index now covers dashboard titles and the text in rich-text gadgets. Add Dashboard Content to the Search in filter to find dashboards by what they contain.
Simulation - Nested Organizations and Resource Subtypes
The simulation Resources tab now supports deeper structure: organizations can nest into suborganizations under a parent organization, and resource types can have subtypes under a parent type. Switch between a By organization and an As list view.

👥 User Management - See Each User's Directory Source
The User Details page in User Management now shows each account's Directory - the identity source it belongs to, whether the local directory or a connected LDAP or SCIM directory.
Maguire Object Picker - Search by Object ID
Object pickers now recognize a numeric search as an object ID: type an object's ID and the exact match is listed first, even when its name doesn't contain those digits.
