Email Template Variables

Purpose

This table provides an overview of the information that is automatically inserted into each type of email template. It shows which data elements are available for a given template and explains their purpose, such as including a link to the affected object or identifying the user who triggered an action. The intent is to give clear guidance on what content can be used in each email, so that templates can be edited with the knowledge of what is available to display.
