Reporting - New IQL property for number of comments in a diagram

We’re excited to announce a new enhancement that makes it easier to track user engagement on your diagrams!

You can now report on the number of comments associated with each diagram. This feature allows you to quickly see where discussions are happening, helping you understand collaboration and interaction within your organization. The new IQL properties are:

openCommentsCount - count of unresolved comments

openComments - unresolved comments

commentsCount - count of all comments and replies

comments - all comments and replies

We’ve added a date property to both comments and openComments, giving you visibility into when comments were made. This makes it easier to track the timing of discussions and monitor recent activity on diagrams.

User Assignments Report Improvement

You can already see license and group assignments in our User Assignment export. We have now also added the ability to distinguish between enabled/disabled users.

Download the Excel file by navigating to: Admin → User Management → Users → 3 Vertical Buttons on Right → Download User Assignments or export it via API.

How to enable Early Access features

Go to Admin → Server Settings
Navigate to the Early Access tab
Toggle the Early Access features you would like to enable

Note: Features with a icon are in General Access. These features are fully released; customers are provided a temporary window to disable these features to perform internal training and communications before the feature is permanently enabled.

New: - Internal Control System / ICS Risk Management

We are pleased to introduce ICS Risks, a specialized feature designed to help insurance companies and other regulated organizations capture, document, and manage risks within their Internal Control System (ICS) — fully aligned with industry-specific compliance and governance requirements. It gives you greater transparency and control over critical processes and associated risks.
