Interface, Service, and Operation Objects

The repository's Interfaces Folder contains Interface, Service, and Operation objects that represent the services offered by a resource, often a physical resource such as a computer system. For example, the ordering system for a supplier offers an interface to interact with programmatically.

Interface objects reside in the Interfaces top-level repository tree folder. Interface Objects can contain component Interface objects, and Service objects can contain component Service objects .

The Interfaces Folder can also contain SAP Interface Folders and Objects, which represent the Logical Components in SAP, Services and Transactions from the SAP Blueprint.

 SAP functionality is retired. Existing SAP objects are retained, though new SAP objects and connections may no longer be made.
