Client: Why is the automatic Swimlane-based relationship creation not working?
The client allows for Swimlane-based RACI assignments to be automatically generated when dropping a process object onto a Swimlane that describes a resource object.
This feature is on by default but can be turned off in the Diagram Properties -> RACI menu.
Solution
If your RACI assignments aren’t autogenerated, verify that the checkbox for Auto generation is checked for the diagram.
- Right click into the diagram canvas
- Select Diagram Properties
- Select RACI
- Check that the checkbox for Set Default Swimlane Based RACI for shapes is checked
