Restoring Administrator access to the iGrafx Platform

Your only iGrafx Platform Administrator left the company or is on a hiking trip in Patagonia? There are several legitimate reasons to restore administrative access to the iGrafx Platform.

Do not delete any databases or try and make manual changes to any database tables, this will result in a lot of unnecessary rework and setup.

Step-by-step guide

The steps vary depending on your configuration.

  1. Make sure you have database owner (DBO) access to the database.
  2. Contact your iGrafx account manager so they can verify your identity. 
  3. Once your credentials have been approved, an iGrafx Services team member will contact you regarding emergency administrator account restoration or creation.
