Fixing missing Custom Property Display Names

Problem

When upgrading from Process Central to iGrafx Platform, Custom Property Display Names can get corrupted when the main repository language is not English during the upgrade. Viewing those custom properties in a different language than English will lead to missing custom property display names, on the item properties tab as well upon check-in if present.

Solution


To repair the custom property
  1. Change your display language to English
  2. Go to Repository Configuration -> Custom Properties
  3. Edit and save the affected custom property. No further changes necessary.
