The browser is not showing the iGrafx icon.
This might happen if the server was not responding properly the first time you accessed the application. A possible reason might be that the server hosting the application was still starting or deploying the application while you accessed the URL in your browser.
Try to access the file directly viato verify the browser can access the required file. If it does show the browser cache might pick it up later, if it doesn't show there might be a network or server issue causing a general malfunction. Contact your administrator or open a support request.
