Viewing non-iGrafx (External) Repository Files

To view repository External Files (e.g. a Microsoft Word document):

1. In the repository tree, click to select the External File you wish to view
2. If the file is a common file format such as Microsoft Word or Excel, click VIEW FILE
3. For all file types, you can click DOWNLOAD FILE

The VIEW FILE command displays a "Preview" of the file which may be rendered differently than the tool that authored it.

The DOWNLOAD FILE command saves a copy of the file to your "Downloads" folder. Normally, your browser will give you a shortcut to open the file.
