Problem: After approving a diagram, changes have been made so that the Changes toggle appears on the diagram (See for details: What makes the diagram "Changes" toggle appear?). Running another approval cycle, does not accept these changes so that the toggle remains.

Check-in the diagram
This will accept and save the changes to the diagram, increase the version number and the changes toggle will disappear. Now you can approve your diagram again.
