  2. Viewing latest version of diagram (no version in URL)

  3. Described object changed after check-in

  4. Always show live data is unchecked in Repository → Policies → “Always show live described object data for latest visible versions of Diagrams.”

See https://doc.igrafx.com/doc/what-makes-the-diagram-changes-toggle-appear for more information on getting toggle to show up and https://doc.igrafx.com/doc/how-to-remove-the-changes-toggle-from-the-diagram to remove the toggle.

Always Show Live Policy vs Changes Toggle

Always Live

The “Always Show Live” Policy is enabled by default. This will make it so that users seeing the diagram will see the described object changes as long as the user has see unapproved permissions, viewing latest version of diagram and one or more described object(s) changed. Review, review date, approval, approval date, endorsement, and endorsement date data in the diagram header and/or footer will still be gathered and shown to the user when this setting is enabled.
