Debugging LDAP issues in the platform
In order to debug LDAP issues in the platform you will need to change a few logging settings in the Administration area. After completing the setup it is recommended to have the log open in a different tab so that you can see it update as you go about the LDAP import or changing LDAP settings. There will be outputs to the log showing what it is currently working on (see reference image) and a completed message at the bottom when it is done.
- Navigate to Administration → Support → Logging settings
- Under Log Level change to Trace
- Toggle "log all classes" to the off position
- Select custom check box
Enter the following into the input field:CODE
Once you have completed your debugging session, be sure to restore the logging settings
