Desktop Client: Simulated transactions are gathering (blocked, red in trace mode) at the last activity rather than completing

This article applies to iGrafx Process and iGrafx Process for Six Sigma Client tools

If transactions are simply gathering, or in a red or 'blocked' state in trace mode, at the end of your process, and you believe they should simply be completing, then it's likely that the default Process Properties is set to Join (previously split transactions) Before Completion.

To turn the Join Before Completion option off:

1. From the Model menu, choose Process Properties to bring up the Process Properties dialog box.
2. Remove the check mark in front of Join Before Complete.
3. Click OK.
