Desktop Client: Lean VSM: How can I change the font of the process box names all at once?

In a Lean Value Stream Map, there is no way to globally change (use one step or command to change) the font of the process box name controlled by the secondary text area. For example, the text area in the process box that is labeled "Initial Process" in a new Lean VSM is a secondary text area.

However, what you can do is the following:

1. Select the text in the box you want to change
2. From the Format menu, choose Font
3. Set the font style you want & click OK.
4. Click on the Format Painter icon on the Standard Toolbar (it looks like a paint brush, and is to the left of Undo and the right of Paste on the Standard toolbar).
5. Click on all the shapes you want to change with the format painter (your 'magic paintbrush')
6. Click Finished when you're done painting the format.
