Desktop Client: Error / Failure Code 80004005 with Visio file open import

When trying to open a visio file from the Windows Explorer by doing a right mouse click and choosing "open with" you may receive an 80004005 error and iGrafx crashes. If this occurs, open the file by going to the File menu in iGrafx, and choose Open.
