Desktop Client: Compile error in hidden module: ThisShapeClass with VBA Intelligent Shape

The error "Compile error in hidden module: ThisShapeClass" may occur when opening a diagram with, or clicking on, a Intelligent Shape from the Modeling/Analysis palette. This is a Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) error, and is related to your install of iGrafx and permissions on your machine.

If you have administrator rights to your machine, and were the user that installed iGrafx, this suggests an installation problem. We suggest that you totally remove (un-install) your iGrafx application, and then re-install the application under the account that will be using iGrafx.
