SAML setup guide for the iGrafx Identity Solution

The SAML SSO flow between the identity provider and the iGrafx Identity Solution as service provider.

Requirements​

  • A SAMLSAML An XML-based standard for exchanging authentication and authorization data between an identity provider and a service provider. Process360 Live supports SAML 2.0 for SSO. 2.0–compatible identity provider.
  • A NameID format of email address.
  • The Tenant ID, which your iGrafx Support team provides.
  • Desktop Client users additionally have to sign in to the web application once before their first sign-in from the client — the first-time End User License Agreement and display-language prompts interrupt the client's sign-in. See Connect the Desktop Client to a repository.
