Features​

Forecasting on dashboard timeline widgets​

Dashboard timeline widgets can now display an AI-computed forecast that extends the series into the future, with lower/upper confidence bounds.

Dashboard widget: Process view​

Process model diagrams can now be added to a dashboard, and exported from the analysis page.
Those widgets can also include any type of filters.

Controls (zoom, orientation, exports, displayed variants) are available on the widget.

Dashboard widget: Case table (dynamic columns, sortable)​

Project administrators can now create tables with project case information like the Case Explorer page. Columns are customizable—you can add or remove the ones that interest you—and pagination remains available on the widget.

Dashboard widget: rebuild the TEXT widget as a rich editor (markdown + images)​

The dashboard Text widget is now a full rich-text editor. You can format your content with headings, bold, italic, lists, quotes, code and links, colour or highlight any part of the text, and embed images directly in the widget.

Markdown shortcuts work as you type — start a line with "## " for a heading or "- " for a bullet.

Existing text widgets are migrated automatically and keep their text and colour.

Duplicate "Danger Zone" in Data Tab​

The Danger Zone is now also available at the bottom of the project Data page, so data-retention actions sit where the data is managed. Project administrators find the Data expiration and Reset actions there, without going through Settings. Deleting a project remains available in Settings > General only.

Sign-in issue in Mining​

In rare cases, some users were unable to sign in to Mining. After the login screen, the app showed an error and no project would load.

BPMN import incorrectly rejects some valid BPMN files​

Fixed an issue where some valid BPMN files could be incorrectly rejected when imported into the Model tab.

Analysis – Case tab widgets show Task dimensions/metrics (and vice-versa for Task/Link tabs)​

Fixed a display bug on the Analysis page: dimension and metric widgets were showing dimensions/metrics from the wrong level (task-level in the Case tab, and case-level in the Task/Link tabs). Only the relevant dimensions/metrics for each tab are now displayed.

Forecast data under a millisecond are not displayed correctly​

Fixed the display of really small duration values and how they display in the charts.

Features​

Configurable data expiration to automatically archive old cases​

Project administrators can now set a data expiration duration: cases whose last task ended longer than this duration ago are automatically and permanently archived every day. This option, available from the new "Danger Zone" in the General tab, can be enabled, changed, or disabled at any time.

"Duration between tasks" saved metrics available in Dashboard​

Use “Duration between tasks” metrics in dashboard widgets as numeric tiles, line charts, bar charts, or by-deciles distributions, with the same statistics and time aggregation as standard Duration metrics.

From Analysis, send a configured “Duration between tasks” widget to a dashboard while keeping its chart type, statistic, and filters.

Duration to reference date filter​

New case delay filter: filter cases by the delay between a case start or end date and the project reference date, using the existing reference-date rounding semantics for month, quarter, or year. This filter will be available across analysis, saved filters, dashboard widgets, and root cause, and will return the cases that match the selected comparison operator and delay value.

Last task filter​

Use the last task filter to find cases based on the task where they ended, making it easier to focus on completed process paths.

Export Distribution widget data to CSV/Excel​

You can now export the Analysis Distribution widget's data to CSV or Excel, for both the time-distribution and metric-quantile (decile) views. The exported file matches what's on screen, honouring your current chart settings, selection and filters.

Dashboard bar widget: horizontal orientation option​

Bar chart widgets on dashboards can now be displayed horizontally. When creating or editing a bar widget, pick a Vertical (default) or Horizontal orientation — useful for ranking categories with long labels. Existing dashboards are unchanged and remain vertical.

Dashboard Metric widget — add an "All statistics" option (display every statistic at once)​

Dashboard Metric widgets can now show every statistic at once. When configuring a Metric widget, pick "All statistics" to display Maximum, Average, Median and Minimum together instead of a single value — the same multi-statistic view already available on the Analysis and Root-cause pages. Available for Case, Task and Link metrics, except Distribution and Aggregated distribution.

Fixes​

Profile image ratio is not kept​

Profile and project logos now display correctly without stretching.

Labels current/cumul on animation are replaced by statistic on window resize​

Resizing the browser window or Process view now displays animation values correctly.

Selecting a task in case details do not highlight it in Gantt view​

Tasks highlight and scroll correctly when selected in the case details table.

Animation stops without reason, labels sometimes not displayed​

Consolidated event fetching calls to improve stability and eliminate error screens.

Error message not clear after addition of a widget positioned too low in the dashboard​

Double click on a task selects all tasks in the view​

Double click behavior has been removed; only single click selection remains.

Duplicate filters should not be appearing after creation​

Users can create a duplicates filter, but it will no longer appear. A message notifies them if they create an existing filter. This also applies when loading filters if one or more are already set.

Wording of concurrency and rework widget is not adequate​

Tooltips for widget definition have been revised to better reflect the true meaning.

Data is displayed as deciles while there is only one result​

When there is only one decile, its label changes to “All data”.

Wrong error message in Duration widget​

Error messages now provide better context for each widget's data.

Chart dimension selection for filtering is not consistent between charts​

Selection on custom dimension chart values does not persist when reloading the chart.

Selecting a “from start / to end” link on the Analysis page now shows the duration instantly instead of “No value available for this data.”

All selected tasks and links are now highlighted. The selection persists across tabs and from the flowchart to the Gantt diagram.

Gantt diagram doesn't show predicted tasks with correct color​

Gantt diagram now displays tasks in the correct color scheme.

Clipping during conformance view loading​

Stop clipping to black and clearing statistics when changing metrics in the process view.

When you update a project name in Project settings > General, the breadcrumb path in the top navigation bar now updates to show the new name.

Selected operator in filters is not displayed properly​

The operator field for the Rework filter no longer squishes, and selectable values are fully visible.

Importing a BPMN model from design under an existing name is not consistent with importing a BPMN from computer​

All BPMN imports now use the same model-naming rule.

Diagrams doesn't display if going to Gantt style and back​

Diagrams always display correctly when switching between process and Gantt diagrams.

Project description can not be saved even with 4000 characters​

Project description now saves correctly at 4000 characters, including breaklines.

Models name and description don't have a character limit​

Model name limit is 150 characters and description limit is 500 characters.

Variants barchart colors should be monocolor​

The variant distribution bar chart now uses a single consistent color for all bars, making the chart easier to read and compare.

Project status icon is not updated when prediction finishes​

Project status updates correctly after creating an end case rule and pulling prediction status.

View clipping on variant selection​

In Analysis page, the view clips after variant selection in Cases tab.

Glitch on view resizing in Smart Investigator​

The process view widget in Smart Investigator no longer glitches due to faulty zoom.

On process view orientation change, "Duration between tasks" badges are lost​

“Duration between tasks” badges and selection system remain intact after changing the Process View orientation.

Reindexation leads to loss of prediction information​

Fixed an issue where prediction results were lost after a reindexation of the project. Predictions are now automatically recomputed and become available again after the reindexation completes.

Excel files with long case ID numbers can merge different cases together​

When an Excel file is ingested with a case ID column that contains long numbers (many digits), different case IDs that share the same first digits can be treated as the same case. This silently merges unrelated cases together, and for larger files it makes the ingestion fail entirely.

Before ingestion, long case IDs are shown in a shortened form (e.g. 1.00102E+13) instead of the full number​

Before project injection, numbers in a data file should not appear in scientific notation.

Problem importing file named with japanese characters​

When uploading data files, files with name using Japanese (CJK) characters will no longer be rejected.

Dimension widget — changing dimension while on "View data" reloads "All data" scope​

When you change the dimension, the data for the selected scope is displayed correctly.

Features​

The Cases and Tasks tabs on the Analysis page now show a conformance metric that identifies elements conforming to a model.

Export analysis page widgets to dashboards​

You can now export the widget displaying data directly from Analysis page widgets to your chosen dashboard.

"Danger Zone" section in project settings​

Actions that have a definitive effect on the data of a project or the project itself are grouped into a new section of the Settings called “Danger Zone”. The “Project information” tab is also renamed in “General”.

Create filters with "Duration between tasks" computed metrics​

“Duration between tasks” computed metrics can now be used to filters cases in Dashboard widgets, Case explorer and Analysis page.

Features​

Rework metric in Analysis view and tabs​

On the Analysis page, you can now examine process rework directly within the view, as well as through the Cases, Tasks, and Links tabs.

Filter on time period values​

You can now create filters to filter the cases on for specific hours, days, weeks, and other time periods.

"View data" information on Case Tabs​

Data from the Analysis page view is now available in the Cases tab on the right. This data covers the variant list and related widgets.

Concurrency metric in Analysis view and tabs​

On the Analysis page, you can now examine process concurrency directly within the view, as well as through the Variants, Tasks, and Links tabs.

Idle duration metric in Analysis Cases tab​

The Idle duration metric is now available in the metrics dropdown of the Cases tab on the Analysis page. It allows you to analyze the waiting time of your process variants by selecting the desired statistic: Total, Minimum, Maximum, Average, or Median.

After a project reset, the statistics and information displayed at the top of the Data page now update correctly. This ensures you always have up-to-date data to monitor the status of your project after each reset.

Occasional failure during ingestion​

Fixes an issue where ingestion would fail on occasion when saving data.

Timeout when updating end case rule on business rules​

Updating the end case rule on a business rule no longer fails with a timeout on large projects.

Predictive mode available in dashboard when no prediction exists in project​

On the dashboard, a widget could offer the display of predicted data even when no prediction was available for the project. This option is now no longer shown when the project does not contain predictions.

Case Details cut off​

The Case Details in Case Explorer sometimes cut off halfway, hiding the second part. This has been fixed to ensure full case viewing.

Unable to add users to a workgroup when their first name or last name is missing​

Users whose profiles do not have a first name and/or last name defined could not be added to a workgroup.

Features​

While on the Analysis page with “predictive mode” activated, a new display option appears in the right panel under “Case,” “Tasks,” and “Links” called “Predicted Frequency.” This option shows the number of cases with predictions per variant in the “Case” tab, while the “Tasks” and “Links” tabs display the predicted number of tasks or links.

In and out of situation cases series in Custom investigation charts​

Improve comprehension of UI/UX of Process view variant range slider​

The Process View variants range selection slider features a clearer interface for selecting variants. The dialog was flipped horizontally, and the slider was moved outside the chart while maintaining the visualization of the included variants.

CSV export does not work on millions of cases projects​

When a user tried to export the CSV containing all the tasks of a project from the Analysis page, a 404 error occurred if the file to download exceeded 100 MB. Now, the download works even for files of several GB.

User cannot add workgroup admin if email address is not provided in lower case​

Workgroup administrator had to give user email in full lower case to be able to give workgroup admin rights to a workgroup user.

Analysis widgets do not contain data while it should​

When selecting only tasks or links not part of the displayed data, the ‘view’ information of each widget should reflect this

Concurrency and rework widgets do not display selected variants data​

When less than 5 variants are selected, the distinct data is not displayed on Concurrency or Rework widgets in Analysis page

Bubble chart sends error when changing metric when only 2 metric available​

In bubble chart widgets, when the value of a dimension (bubble or y-axis) is null, it does not appear in the legend. From now on, the dimension will be visible in the legend with a distinctive color, but it will not be selectable.

Bubble chart information export (CSV or XLSX) now contains all dimensions, even when no metric value is associated to them.

Duration widget error when deciles option is selected​

For projects with a lot of data, the duration widget could not load when selecting distribution by “Deciles” option. It is now possible to display the widget with this option.

Bad headers for CSV/XLSX export of metric data​

Family of tags ignored for last tasks names in case explorer​

In the case explorer page, the selection of a family of tags had no impact on the “Last tasks names“ case explorer column values. Now, tasks names will change according to the selected family of tags.

When multiple tags categories are defined, we cannot edit family tag anymore​

No data displayed instead of 0 in Distribution widget​

We will display 0 instead of no data in the distribution timeline chart when there is no task, link, or case on a given date. From now on, we will display 0 in these cases.

Charts showcasing hours of the day, days of the week or months have their labels properly translated and formatted to reflect the scale chosen.

Include predicted data in dashboard widgets​

On the dashboard page, you can include widgets with predicted data, to do so check the Include predicted data option in the widget settings panel.

This feature provides easy access to insights, combining historical data with forecasts for better decision-making.

Show project information on cards in project list pages (status, visibility, etc...)​

Data status and other information are now displayed on the project cards while in the “Projects” and “Demo Projects” page.

Compute conformance checking for predicted data​

When the predictive mode button is activated, conformance is calculated on the cases including the predicted data.

Case data including predicted data retains custom metric and dimension values for tasks that are not predicted. Custom metric and dimension values at the case level are retained as is.

New metric "Predicted Frequency" in graph view when predictive mode is on​

When predictive mode is activated, a new metric is displayed in the “View metrics” panel. This metric exclusively illustrates predicted cases on the graph and provides statistics on the frequency of the predicted data.

Include predicted data in Case Explorer table​

On the case explorer page, you can include the predicted data by clicking on the "predictive mode" button. This feature provides easy access to insights, combining historical data with forecasts for better decision-making.

Indicates in the Case Explorer table if a case contains predicted tasks​

On the Case Explorer page, when the include predicted data button is activated, the Has predicted data column clearly indicates whether the case includes any predicted tasks.

Fixes​

Prediction not displayed for cases not impacted by newly added data​

Prediction results are not available for cases after new data is added to the project, even if the case is not affected by the new data (its prediction results should still be accessible while new prediction is computed).

Entering a new date format is confusing​

The new date format field, below the Date columns, should be less confusing when entering a new format by hand.

View or Export occasionally failing to load for certain parameter combinations​

Fixed an issue where some Views or Exports could fail to load or never complete when using specific combinations of filters, variants, or task selections.

Family tag does not change list of tasks​

Family tags are now correctly applied in the whole application. Particularly, in the analysis table, tasks and links are now correctly renamed consistently with selected family tag.

Export csv of null value in dimension not well formed​

dimensions with null value are now correctly exported in CSV files

Cannot see process diagram view​

Under some circumstances, the processed diagram was not properly displayed

Missing right-hand scale on the graph for rework​

Add "Predicted" column in exported data when predictive mode is activated​

When the predictive mode is enabled, CSV files exported from a view now include a new "Predicted" column. This column indicates whether each data line is predicted (true) or not (false).

Filter types are now sorted by alphabetical order. Metrics and dimensions filters are also sorted but are now in their own category.

Add concurrency information on process graph​

User can view directly on process graph in analysis the different informations on concurrency tasks.

Grey unvisible task in task connection widget​

Task that are unvisible on process view must be greyed in list of task connection.

Also remove reset of variant view range when exiting Analysis page only reset on project exit.
