Rich Text

  • Contents — the text, written in a rich-text editor with formatting, links, images, and tables. In a multilingual repository you can switch language while editing to translate the contents.

Performance Tree

  • Objects — the Performance Indicators that form the roots of the tree; add as many as you need and reorder them. An object can only appear once in the list.

Custom Object List

  • Parent objects — the folders or objects whose contents the list shows.
  • Of these types — limit the list to the checked object types.
  • Include parent objects — list the parent objects themselves along with their contents.
  • Only show parent objects — list only the parent objects; the type filter doesn't apply.
  • Include shortcuts to these types — also list any Shortcut objects that point to one of the selected types. A Shortcut is an object that links to another object elsewhere in the repository; leave this off to list only the objects themselves.

List Report

  • Select a list report — pick the report to display. The gadget supports List and List TextSearch reports; for any other report type it shows that the type isn't supported. Below the rows, the gadget states how many of the report's results it's showing.

Video

  • Video URL — the address of the video. The URL must match one of the video providers your administrator has registered under Admin → Server Settings → Video Providers.

Diagram

  • Approved Diagram — pick the diagram to display. By default, only diagrams with an approved version can be chosen.
  • More Options → Hide icons — hide the indicator icons on the diagram's shapes.
  • More Options → Allow Unapproved Diagrams — allow picking any diagram, not only approved ones.

The gadget shows the diagram with zoom controls and an Open button to the diagram area.

Quickstart

  • Show Create Buttons — turn on the buttons you want: Create Diagram, Create Journey Map, Create Risk, Create Resource, and Create Web Address. For each button, Choose Folder sets where the new object is created.
  • Show ShortcutsAdd Shortcut links to any object or folder you pick, up to 8.

A button or shortcut only appears to users who have permission for it.
