Map users to resources
A resource mapping links a user account to the Labor resource that represents that person in the enterprise model. With the mapping in place, the person gets My Assignments in their user menu and can filter dashboards to their own work.
Prerequisites
- The Manage Users and Groups server permission.
- A Labor resource for the person in the target repository — or create one during the mapping.
Steps
- Open Admin → User Management, click Edit next to the user, and find the Linked Resources section.
- Click Link user to resource, pick the repository under Choose a repository, then either Choose an existing resource or Create a new resource.

A user can have one Labor resource per repository — linking another resource in the same repository replaces the existing mapping. Remove link unlinks; deleting the user removes all their mappings automatically.
Verify
The mapped user sees My Assignments in their user menu, opening the resource's Assignments tab. The mapping is also listed under Linked Resources on their own profile.
