Assign a process owner

  • Permission to modify the diagram.

Steps​

  2. Select the field, pick a user, and confirm. The owner's display name (and email, when available) shows on the tab, and the change is recorded in the diagram's history.

  • The diagram's info popup (the info icon next to the version in the toolbar).

  • Reports — processOwner is available as a filter and property (the owner's email is not exposed to reports).
